Based on site, for implementation of the software, training of the operators and defining the system set up through the initial consultancy phase and project management. Data load historical data from previous systems. Also, develop Task Alerts (Orbis Software Alerts OEM) and Interfaces to Sx3, Anite, Agresso, IBS Open Accounts and others. I am the lead consultant with our Mobile Working integrations. Have a working knowledge of interfacing with Omfax repairs and XMbrace.

Thurrock Council, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL	Pick Systems (UniVerse)
	Role - Housing and Programming Consultant Contracted to the Housing Department of Thurrock for 8 months to liase with the Rents Department and Saffron Computer Services. Improved the performance and efficiency of the department. Reinstated and improved communication between Thurrock and Saffron. Test and document system faults and software patches. Created documentation and executed training for staff. Set up of eGovernment 'Rent restructure' section of the system.

	Role - Cattle Tracing System Support Software support and development. Sherwood 'Government' is in place with a support contract for D.E.F.R.A. Maintaining the present CTS System Improve performance (Database of over 65,000,000 cattle movements) Enhancements New Tools UniData, &Pace Reports & Objects With the recent events of B.S.E. and Foot and Mouth, time scales have been very tight with little room for errors.

	Role - Blue Team Leader Software support and development. Saffron Computer Services produce local government housing management systems. Areas of involvement for support and development: Needs and Allocations Homeless Assessment Garage Allocations Housing Law Rents Repairs Service Charges Implementations / Upgrades User training HTML, DHTML, XHTML, Javascript, ASP Presently working as part of the development team to create a system independant version of our software to also operate with Oracle, SQL and others.
