Reprint and Distribution Rights Terms and Conditions

You can license reprint rights to How I Sell Thousands Of Products From Home Using The Net by Marlon Sanders for $20.00.

Here's what the term "Reprint and Distribution Rights" means:

By licensing reprint rights, you agree to the following:

1. You can reprint and use the sales letter as is. You may type in your order information where indicated and contact information for your company.

You may NOT use the picture of the man in any other design since this is a purchased picture.

2. You may not add to the sales letter or change it in any other way. You do NOT receive any rights in any way to any other product, sales letter or graphic other than How I Sell Thousands of Products From Home Using The Net.

3. You may write your own sales letter. However, if you do here are the rules: You may not in any way claim or represent anyone will make money as the result of buying the product. You may not misrepresent my own personal credentials. You may not misrepresent the product or content.

5. You may give the product away free for subscribing to an ezine or that sort thing.

6. You may not associate our product in any way with adult sites.

7. You may not associate our product with any illegal activities in the U.S. or any other country.

8. You are legally liable for offering refunds to anyone who requests one according to whatever refund policy you set.

9. You may not associate our product with any activities that generate complaints such as timed popups that you can't close, spam or other that generate complaints.

10. You may not claim anyone will make money as the result of buying this product. You may not misrepresent the credentials nor background of Marlon Sanders.

11. Your reprint rights may not be sold nor transferred to anyone else.

12. You do NOT have the rights to use the web page we give you for any other products or uses other than the sales letter that comes with. It may not be used for other products.

13. You may not represent you are associated with or an employee of Higher Response Marketing, Inc. You may not incur any debts on our behalf.

14. You understand you may not make a dime by purchasing reprint rights. All you're getting is rights. No other promises or representations.

15. If there is any disagreement concerning the reprint rights, or this agreement, you agree to resolve it before a board of arbitration in Dallas, Texas at the selection of Higher Response Marketing, Inc.

16. We have the right to change or amend this agreement at any time and do not have to give you prior notice nor notification when such changes are made. The price for reprint rights could go up or down at any time. In the event the price is lowered there is no refund nor rebate on the price you paid for your reprint rights. But neither is there an extra charge if they are raised.

17. This agreement is between you, the buyer of the reprint rights, and Higher Response Marketing, Inc in Dallas, TX.

18. At will and without reason or justification, Higher Response Marketing Inc. may revoke your reprint rights license and return your $20.00 without interest.
